Martial arts training at Ittai Dojo

An academy for adults

More than one discipline.

Ittai Dojo is designed for people with jobs, responsibilities, and real schedules. Some students start from zero; others return to martial arts after several years away.

The goal is not to collect techniques or prove toughness. It is to build a martial arts practice that can stay with you for years.

Real progression

Each discipline has its own path.

In Kyokushin, virtual training builds real technical, physical, and mental fundamentals. Exams from 10th to 7th kyu can be taken online.

From 6th kyu onward, exams require physical presence because of sparring requirements. Ittai Dojo progression and certification processes are for students living in Mexico.
