Online training

A real class, in real time.

You do not need a home gym. You need a stable connection, attention, and a small space where you can move safely.

The class keeps structure, corrections, and follow-through. The format changes; the seriousness of training does not.

What we train

We work on warm-up, kihon, technique, physical conditioning, coordination, footwork, and applied work. The goal is not to accumulate movements: it is to build fundamentals you can repeat and improve.

Self-defense develops from distance, posture, control, reaction, and decision-making under pressure.

Live

These are not recorded classes. You train at the same time as the instructor and receive guidance and corrections.

Progressive

Each class has a purpose. Practice is built step by step, without depending on prior experience.

Demanding

Attention, consistency, and effort are expected. Intensity means working hard within your capabilities—not glorifying pain or suffering.

Your first class

You do not need to arrive prepared.

The first class is to learn the format, see how training is structured, and understand the level of effort expected.

You do not need a uniform or prior experience to try. Wear comfortable clothes, keep water nearby, and make sure you have a clear space where you can move without risk.

If you come from another discipline or are returning to karate, the class also helps assess where it makes sense to resume.

Kyokushin progression

What can be achieved online

Virtual training develops real technical, physical, and mental fundamentals. Exams from 10th to 7th kyu can be taken online.

From 6th kyu onward, exams require physical presence because they include sparring. We prefer to be transparent about this limitation from the start.

Important: regular classes and progression or certification processes at Ittai Dojo are for students living in Mexico. If you live outside the country, we can guide you, but we do not offer certification to students residing in other countries.
