Your first class

First, learn how we train.

The first Kyokushin class is free. It is a chance to learn the format, meet the instructor, and understand the level of work before deciding if Ittai Dojo fits you.

Before you join

You do not need to arrive prepared.

You do not need prior experience, a uniform, or special equipment to try. Wear comfortable clothes and keep water nearby.

You need a stable internet connection and a clear space where you can extend arms and legs and move safely. You do not need a home gym.

01

Write to us

Book your class via WhatsApp. We confirm the date with you and send the information you need to connect.

02

Connect a few minutes early

The class is live via Zoom. Joining early lets you check camera, space, and any questions before we begin.

03

Train at your level

The instructor explains, observes, and corrects. If you are a beginner, we do not expect you to know the techniques or keep pace with more experienced students.

04

Decide afterward

When class ends you can ask whatever you need. You do not have to enroll during class or assume a monthly fee.

Intensity

Demanding does not mean brutal.

We expect attention, consistency, and effort. Intensity means working seriously and gradually pushing your own limits.

The first class is not a test of how much you can endure. It is a chance to learn how we teach and how your body responds to training.

If you need to adjust an exercise, rest, or do a simpler version, that is fine. The goal is to build a sustainable practice—not prove toughness.

Regular schedule
